Joe D is a maniac and supposed savior of the Boyz horrible & inconsistent special teams play under Bruce Read. We had a "special teams" draft for Joe D in 2009. While he gets credit for consistent play by our punters, every other aspect of ST play has been inconsistent during his oversight (currently PK is great, but think back to Buehler , Folk's last year, and Suisham)

The most frustrating part is our punt and KO returns seem to lack a consistent threat of the big play. Yes, Dez had a nice return vs Tampa, but he has run backwards or laterally for just about every return this season. Let's not even discuss Felix "The Turtle" Jones. The bottom line is Joe D needs to step up or be replaced!
