What happens to Assistant / Position coaches when they get here?

Robinson was supposed to be the receiving guru who built Green Bay's receiver corps. He was supposed to develop Dez and any other young talent thrown his way. Have we seen any progress? No.

Callahan replacing the jurasic Hauck was supposed to make our O-Line take off and become what they should be. Tyron was going to be the most dominant LT in the league, Free would return to form, and his coaching would make our interior O-Line better. So far, none of that has happened. And Tyron and Free have both taken a step back.

Woicik was supposed to be the best strength & conditioning coach in the game. Yet we still have players out of shape and wearing down in the 4th quarter.

Then there is Joe D. When he arrived, he was supposed to be the best in his field. He was then engineer of Special Teams units that won games. Now we lead the league year-after-year in having our kicks blocked and injured punters. We have, hands down, the worst special teams in football. I fear we will pay the price for that this week against Chicago.

But the bigger point is that these great coaches get to dallas and fail miserably. Why?
