No Jay this week...
The first game of the season and the Cowboys will definitely be without one of their stars, and another is doubtful. Starting nose tackle Jay Ratliff will miss the season-opener with the Giants. He's been ruled out for sure. Jason Witten is listed as doubtful. Other injuries of note for the Cowboys include special teams ace Danny McCray who is doubtful, and Mike Jenkins is questionable as is Kyle Wilber.
The Cowboys took practice squad player Lance Dunbar to New York, but haven't specified if they're making a roster move. Tight end Colin Cochart (just picked up) will not travel to the game.
On the Giants side of the ledger, CB Prince Amukamara, T James Brewer and DT Marvin Austin are out. They have a handful of guys who are questionable.
