Problems in the defense locker room?

I was listening to The Lunch Break from Friday, this morning and Nick Eatman said that after Rob was fired, there were a ton of rumors swirling around he had heard. Mainly, that the whole last month of the season, Rob Ryan would set up defensive meetings and not even be there. Nick said that Eberflus (LB Coach) would have to run the meetings. He also threw in that it was pretty much the same thing for Jerome Henderson (Secondary Coach).

He also brought up that, apparently, Brian Baker (D-Line Coach)did not always get along with some of the defensive players, although that's not as big a deal for me....as long as they still play. I like Baker, I think he's a good coach, so maybe my judgement on that has been clouded a little.

Another thing he mentioned, and I bring this up because I constantly see things from the media like "Why should Callahan (O-line coach) be promoted, the O-line was awful too" but they were speaking as if Callahan was often trying to get "his" guys on the team, line, whatever...and never really got any of his guy. He was kind of just working with what he was given.

So, has anyone heard any of these things except me(or anyone who heard it from The Lunch Break) and either way, what are your feelings on this? If true, I'm kind of glad Ryan is gone. I was hard on him, then as the injuries mounted and we were still doing ok I kind of liked the idea of giving him another year. However, again, if this is all true...good riddance I say. Thoughts?
