I made a comment in the Rat Restructure pos

t and it got me thinking. I didn't want to write a long ass comment, so I figured I'd make it a post. Basically, it was the idea that that the moves that were made knowing they had ways to get the extra money to sign guys. At the same time, squeezing these guys to see if they will take slightly less to be a part of the program, because of our "cap problems". I have no idea of these guys price range, but these would be the type of guy I would go after.

Just thinking Jerry and company have something in store for us. Nothing flashy, but something solid.

Free Agency:

1. Donald Thomas OG, young guy, shouldn't cost much, has shown ability for a playoff team, and can start on either side of the line. Definitely takes the "need" of taking an OG in the 1st 2 days down a notch.

2. Kenny Phillips S, needs to prove he's healthy, sign a "show me" 1 year contract, definitely an upgrade over Sensi IF can stay healthy

3. Israel Idonije DE, this is our Spencer replacement for a year or 2. Wait for more on that.

4. Nick Roach or Barnett OLB, there will be a vet, starting worthy SAM signed this spring. 5. Sammie Lee Hill DT, right now I see a bunch of 3 Techniques in Rat, Hatcher,and even Lissmore. Even if they plan to play Rat and Lissy at the 1, I think a big body is needed.
