Please be gentle! Any advice would be awesome!

So I believe we will keep Spencer and restructure Romo. Now I would love to sign Spencer to a 3yr 30 mil contract but I don't see it happening. I don't like paying Spencer long term. has been bad for us before.

So in Free Agency this is what I would like to happen:

I would like to sign Louis Delmas, Who I believe was with Marinelli in Detroit but he could command to much and would have a backup plan with Ronde Barber to help bridge the gap with the release of Sensibaugh.

Now I believe we have a hole at SLB that hasn't got as much attention because of other holes. I would like to pick up Phillip Wheeler from OAK. He graded out as the 6th best 4-3 SLB last year and would thrive next to Lee and Carter. I think he could be had for about 3 mil a year.

Now I believe we will be priced out of the top available lineman. I would like the team to acquire Donald Thomas but on more of an incentive deal and let him compete for the job.

Now I would like the team to look into Israel Idonije but only after the market has quieted down he comes into compete with Crawford.

I don't want to speculate on the players cut/released because honestly we never know what Jerry will do.

Now the Draft, I believe this sets us up for best player available and now picks will be traded.

Pick 18:Sheldon Richardson DT - Great motor and would excel next to Ratliff.

Pick 47: Johnathon Cyprien S - Great tackler and excelled at the senior bowl. Competes with Johnson

Pick 80: Menelik Watson ROT - Brings competition to the line and Free (If not cut). would love to take Margus Hunt but we need Line

Pick 111: Terron Armstead ROT - Small school prospect who has massive potential and cant pass it up.

Pick 144: Marquise Goodwin WR - Brings speed to this team. Can play the slot, catch screens, maybe the Cowboys little Percy Harvin. (I wish)

Pick 175: LeVeon Bell RB: Compliment Murray in the backfield.
