Dallas Cowboys Second-Day Mock Drafts

USA TODAY Sports

Gotcha! You thought this mock draft business was over, didn't you? Not. So. Fast.

If you thought we were done with mock drafts here on BTB, boy were you ever wrong. The mock drafters across the country are pumping out mock drafts like there was no tomorrow - or rather, like there was no yesterday.

In any case, here's a short summary of the second-round mock drafts that have cropped up today. KD put up a much more comprehensive look at the remaining available prospects separately, but we'll take a stroll through Mock Draft Land one more time, reviewing mocks from the ridiculous to the sublime.

47. Montee Ball, RB Wisconsin
74. Damontre Moore, DE/OLB, Texas A&M 80. Bennie Logan, DT, LSU
Comment: "The Cowboys are expected to use a Round 2-4 pick on a running back. Jerry Jones recently said that none of DeMarco Murray's current backups are considered No. 2 runners." Comment: "The only real depth the Cowboys have behind DeMarcus Ware and Anthony Spencer is Kyle Wilber, who is new to the position. Jerry Jones may decide to ignore Damontre Moore's character flaws."
Comment: "The Cowboys need personnel for Monte Kiffin's 4-3 defense. It appears as though Jay Ratliff will be on the roster next year, which is a huge mistake typical of the post-Bill Parcells Jerry Jones era. Defensive tackle still needs to be addressed though."
