I am doing this On my PS3, so bear with me.
Denver is coming to Dallas as a red hot team. They are 4-0 without three of their top five players.
How to stop Denver (It can be done, but it takes a near pefect game):
- Pressure Manning up the middle where he cannot step up and throw
- Run the ball to shorten the game
- Mix up your coverages
- Hope Denver has a bad first half because they will adjust and pick you apart. In Denver's three losses they had bad first halfs in each
Manning is having a dream season, I think he will throw for about 4.500 and around 52-54 TDs over the whole season. Yes, you guys will score, but Denver is number one at stopping the run. The LBs are very fast, the CBs play man-to-man, and the safeties can hit.
You have to find a way to get 35+ points against Denver. I understand you guys favor Dez Bryant, but Demaryius Thomas is just as good and if you play too much attention to him and Wes Welker, the Thomas and Decker can and will hurt you.
Yes, Denver has run the ball well the last two weeks, but that was against an average oakland defense and a bad Philadelphia defense. C Clark has held his own the last 2 weeks, plus our O-line is jelling.
You can beat Denver. But I watched you guys yesterday and while San Diego is improved, I also saw a lot of errors by the Cowboys that cannot happen aganst Denver.
Anyway hit me up for any questions.
