They did it again. They lead the NFL in guaranteed money this off season. They may not produce results on the field, butt this strategy has enabled the Bucs to walk away from players with no dead money. Could the tide be shifting back to owners & making it a more common practice. More important, can we mimic what they are doing to minimize the cap hits of our upcoming stars. We have Dez, Tron & possibly DeMarco & Carter. It is safe that Tron will be here for a third contract. However, the other 3 may have problems making it that far. It seems that the Bucs have made it work, can we make it work or is there some other way to structure contracts going forward?
