New Fanspeak Mock

Fanspeak updated their big board today, so I took another shot at a mock. I realize the big boards here are flawed, and I don't think some of these guys fall this far, but overall they seem to be pretty close to where they should be. I would not be upset at all if the draft fell this way. There's potentially 3 day 1 starters in the first 3 rounds, arguably the best RB in the draft with a mid-rd pick, and some great value in the 7th.

16 DT Timmy Jernigan Fl. St. Donald doesn't get past Chi at 14 in this mock, or in real life. Jernigan slides in next to Melton and helps that line immediately.

47 DE Scott Crichton Or. St. I love this pick in the 2nd rd. I think I've taken him in just about every mock I've done. I think he comes in and starts.

78 OT Billy Turner N Dakota St. Big, nasty player going largely unnoticed due to small school. Could start right away and allow Free to move to RG. Would help stabilize the OL for years to come.

119 RB Jeremy Hill LSU Arguably the best RB in the draft. Could be a star. Great to play with Murray and to replace him if he's gone in a year. Again, I don't think he's really available here, but if he is, I'm running that card up as fast as I can.

158 WR Josh Huff OR Was hoping for better at WR, but could develop into a good #3 behind Dez & TW.

229 C James Stone Tenn. Good pass protector. Need backup behind Frederick.

231 P Kirby Van Der Kamp Iowa St. Best punter in the draft. Love it in the 7th. He'll be here a long time.

238 WR Austin Franklin N. Mex. St. I'll take a shot at him in the 7th. Decent sleeper pick.

248 DE Aaron Lynch USF Ridiculous value in the 7th. Realistically, don't think he's here.

251 S Marqueston Huff Wyoming Again, good value in the 7th. Could actually challenge Heath/Wilcox for the job.

254 G Spencer Long Nebraska I like it with the last pick. Not looking for him to come in and start but fills need for interior line depth. May have gone higher if not for knee injury.
