Rico Wallace, our potential late round pick at WR?
Dallas loves to look for their next late round gems; and is always looking to take a flier on a WR late in the draft or as an UDFA. It's very possible he's the man this year. He's 6'3 210 and was a record setting WR at Division 3 Shenandoah University. I watched his highlight reel on youtube, and the thing that stood out to me: he's got great hands, he's not afraid to jump in traffic for the ball, he'll bail out his QB on a pass thrown behind him, he's got some breakaway speed, and he works his way back to the QB on broken plays.
He wasn't invited to the Combine, but he's got a pro-day on March 16th at James Madison University.
TCU Football Arrest Warrants: '82 Players' Failed Drug Test, Player Claimed
It seems that a recruit to TCU told the coach that drug use was going on. So he did a surprise drug test. A player claims that 82 players failed the drug test. Police have arrested 17 students, including 4 players so far for dealing drugs.
The 82 failed drug tests for the football teams sounds really high, However it was quoted in the arrest warrant. I wonder how many players they have on the roster. I want to say probably somewhere around 100 is what the Razorbacks had back when I went there, many, many years ago.
Albert Haynesworth Released
Alright I am poking my head out from under my rock to see what you fans might think about the potential cheap acquisition of Mr. Haynesworth.
Pro's
Big Body to help fill the NT Position
Moves Ratliff to DE
Could be signed cheap with incentive laden deal
Con's
Wasted roster spot to help develop a younger talent
Too much of a cancer in the locker room
Character issues
I know the Cowboys are famous for taking in players that have had less then desirable reputations... but there is talent under all that girth, its just a matter of can we whip it into shape, motivate it, and keep it happy yet quiet all at the same time?
Hardwick to play in 2012
Another C option, he prefers to resign with the Chargers but who knows?
"Now I Acquiesce To Your Endeavors" (original Romo/Cowboys song & video)
Here is a song I wrote and recorded (and made a video for) about the perpetual rise and fall of the Dallas Cowboys (and Tony Romo) and what it is like to be along for the ride as a fan.
The video ends the only way this underdog story can possibly end: With Cap'n Romo hoisting the Vince Lombardi Trophy!
Enjoy!

Hey Ahmad Bradshaw!! Screw You Buddy!!
So Mr. Bradshaw says the Cowboys can't win a Super Bowl with Tony Romo because the team and the fans don't believe in him. Listen, I get it, he's a Giant, he just won the Super Bowl. But you dont know jack sh*t about the Cowboys.
Cowboys showing interest in Stanford Routt
Cowboys have apparently reached out to Routt's agent. As we are all aware there's a connection with Rob Ryan. It would make it interesting if the Raiders release Michael Huff (which reportedly, it could happen). Could we possibly see both of them coming to Dallas. You could argue that they'd be upgrades over Newman and Elam, and that would open up a different mindset on priorities on draft day. Well folks, looks we are going to enjoy a fun rumor-filled offseason. (I missed that last year.)
Mat McBriar's surgery goes well
Here's an article on Matt Mcbriar.
It also has some video of him doing some very light punting so they can get some electronic measurements.
I wish they would have let him to put his shirt down....
