Oh, man.  That was a genius move by Pacman and his agent.  Basically, he forces Tennessee to make a move by not applying.  Their only leverage was that they could just have him remain a Titan, but he just wiped that out.  

First of all, he knows where he wants to go. He's not just trying desperately to come back to the league for another chance at a paycheck. The guy's commited to getting back on the field in a situation he can succeed in whether his former squad likes it or not. There's no doubt Titans fans think him (if possible) to be even a more massive jerk than they did yesterday. From our perspective, though, I'm optimistic about his level of motivation upon arriving to our team.
One possible flaw in this plan: Tennessee may get so exasperated, frustrated, and generally angry with Adam that they trade him to a different team despite his objections and the offered return being minimal.
Of course, this scenario would involve another team actually being interested in Jones.
