This isn't technically football or even cowboys related, but since this is probably the last weekend of warm weather till spring for most of us I thought I would go out with a bang and bbq for the very important game (and my 21st later this week) tomorrow.
So I am gonna do it up right and smoke a pair of tri tips all day tomorrow. Wrapped in maple bacon and stuffed with cream cheese & jalapenos.. Gonna have all the boys over and celebrate my bday and hopefully a Cowboys win in the only way I know how.
