DeMarcus Ware was voted the NFC Defensive Player of the Week for his work against the Texans on Sunday. According to Nick Eatman, Ware recorded three sacks, along with eight tackles, including two for loss, and three quarterback pressures.

That's getting it done.

The Cowboys received some good news Friday morning when the results of the MRI exams of linebacker DeMarcus Ware and running back Marion Barber came back negative.

Team officials listed Ware and Barber as day-to-day in terms of availability to practice. The Cowboys' next practice is Monday.

DeMarcus Ware on gaining size and strength while maintaining his speed and agility:

"In [the offensive line’s] mind," Ware said, "when they know that you can power them is when they open a lot more."
