The Boston Globe reports that Bill Parcells may hire former Patriots LB Vincent Brown as LB coach to replace the departed Gary Gibbs. Brown played LB for Parcells in New England and has recently been coaching LBs in Atlanta. He assisted at Cowboys camp in recent years.
Michigan LB coach and DC Jim Herrmann, a candidate for the Cowboys' LB job, has taken a similar position with the New York Jets.
Herrmann may find company from last year's Dallas staff. The Dallas Morning News reports that QB coach David Lee is interviewing with the Jets for their QB coach vacancy. Lee lost his job to Chris Palmer.
