TNT starting to explode

Over the summer, we started talking about TNT, our pair of explosive starting WR's. They're starting to pay dividends. Terrell Owens had the most yards, and Terry Glenn had the most TD's. Together, it's very hard for a secondary to match up with them. Bledsoe knows what he's got in TNT:

Bledsoe sees Owens, the five-time Pro Bowl selection, and Glenn, his former teammate with New England, as the best tandem of receivers he has had. Still, Owens is the one who draws extra defensive help.

"When Owens is out there, [Glenn] gets single coverage and you can't cover him one-on-one," Bledsoe said.

BTB regular Terry's signature says it all with the Terry Glenn quote from the summer - "They're going to leave me over here by myself and that's when I'm gonna sink my fangs into them." How true that is.

Parcells was typically unfazed by Owens getting back on the field.

"He caught a couple balls," Dallas coach Bill Parcells said. "You were there. What do you think? I was pleased with the offense."

After an INT to start the game, Bledsoe got things turned around.
Bledsoe rebounded by driving the Cowboys 80 and 55 yards on the next two possessions, which he capped by finding Glenn for a 14-3 lead. That was all they needed.

Julius sort of punks the Titans, although it sounds like he didn't mean it that way.
"It kind of felt like college out there toward the end of the game," Jones said. "Everybody was getting in, everybody was scoring and everybody was getting to play."

Speaking of punks, Albert Haynesworth

"What I did out there was disgusting," Haynesworth said. "It doesn't matter what the league does to me. The way I feel right now, you just can't describe it."

At least he understands what he did, but it doesn't excuse it.
Gurode said they hadn't been talking or having any exchanges that led to Haynesworth kicking him twice. He received stitches above his forehead and beneath his eye.

"In all my years of football, this has never happened to me. I've never been kicked in the face like this, and I've never seen anybody kick nobody else in the face," Gurode said.

Gurode had stitches around his eye, above and below. That's dangerous. Thank goodness he looks like he will be alright.
