Glenn practices; status still questionable

Terry Glenn practiced on Friday, but is still a game-time decision.

Wide receiver Terry Glenn returned to practice Friday, but his status for Sunday's game at Arizona is unknown.

Glenn, who is still listed as probable, has been diagnosed with chondromalacia, which is an irritation of the lining under the kneecap that can affect the quadriceps. The official injury report cites quadriceps.

Matt Mosley laments the state of the current Cowboys, and then provides the roadmap to redemption.

If you're trying to forecast six more wins, here's the most likely scenario: The Mr. French-owned Cardinals, Tampa Bay, New Orleans, Atlanta, Philadelphia and Detroit. That means the Cowboys would lose at home against the Colts and to the Giants on the road.

They would have to close with four consecutive victories, which is something that hasn't happened since the (Quincy) Carter administration.

Does Parcells have one last playoff run in him? It's not impossible, but his body of work in Dallas shouldn't give you that much hope.

We're dealing with a short-timer at this point. Parcells wouldn't admit this, but I firmly believe that he will walk away from the game no matter what happens down the stretch.
