Skip Bayless gives an impassioned defense of Michael Irvin about the injustice of not making the Hall of Fame two years running. (And manages to subtly slam Aikman along the way). Money quote:

Though Irvin's impact was somewhat limited by the position he played, his psychological affect on his team reminded me a little of another superstar I covered in Chicago -- Michael Jordan. Like Jordan, Irvin played with a rage to conquer.

Rayfield Wright talks about his past and changing positions early in his pro career. Money quote:

"I was thrown back into my quarterback the first time I lined up in training camp," Wright recalled Friday. "I ended on top of Craig (Morton). You can imagine what Craig was saying to me."
