Coaching moves

In an expected move, Paul Pasqualoni, the former Syracuse head coach who joined the Cowboys staff last season to coach tight ends has moved to linebackers coach.

Cowboys head coach Bill Parcells has hired Vincent Brown to coach inside linebackers.

Brown, who joined the Cowboys in training camp last summer as a volunteer coach, played eight seasons in the NFL, including three under Parcells in New England. Brown spent his entire career with the Patriots from 1988-95.

Defensive assistant Mike MacIntyre, who has served as assistant defensive backs coach two years ago, will now coach the safeties, helping defensive backs coach Todd Bowles.

Kicking news from

...Billy Cundiff, released by the Cowboys before the final game of the 2005 season, has signed a free-agent deal with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The Cowboys also won't be soliciting any kicking advice from former kicking coach Steve Hoffman, who has just been hired as the assistant special teams coach by Atlanta.
