New, comments

OK, first a non-Cowboys item. I can't remember a better March Madness tournament than this one. It seems like every game comes down to the last shot, and some of the last shots have been unbelievable. As I type this LSU/Texas is going to overtime. We are definitely getting our money's worth with these games.

I like this little nugget from the ESPN article about Keyshawn signing with Carolina.

Johnson, who negotiated the contract himself while his agent serves a one-year suspension, got a $19 million deal that includes a $5 million signing bonus.

First, that's a pretty good deal for KJ. I wouldn't have given him that kind of money, but Carolina had a definite need and it might be the best thing for them.

Second, who needs an agent? Save that percentage you give them and pocket it yourself.

Jets | Team offered Runyan $3.5 million per season

Reuben Frank, of, reports the New York Jets offered free agent OT Jon Runyan (Eagles) $3.5 million per season. Runyan later turned down the offer to return to the Philadelphia Eagles for just over $4 million per year for three years.

That's why we signed Jason Fabini, he was almost half the price of Runyan. But if he plays half as good, it won't be such a bargain.

Bob McGinn, of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, reports the Green Bay Packers have agreed to terms with free agent PK Billy Cundiff (Buccaneers) on an undisclosed contract.

Insert your own joke.

You can read about Drew Henson's win today, here.

I'm really enjoying reading your comments in the "BTB roll call" diary. Good stuff. I know there are a lot more of you out there, so sign in now. BTW, I really appreciate the compliments.
