NOTES: I still think they might trade Petitti, if they do Oliver Hoyte is my pick to replace him on the roster. Skyler Green goes to the practice squad, hoping we can pick up a late-rounder for Thomas Johnson and/or Kenyon Coleman.

Jay Glazer has an NFL preseason wrap-up kind of article posted and it contains a few Cowboys items. But this was my favorite:

Quick note: In talking to coach after coach and GM after GM, I'm surprised with how many who say that Dallas has, personnel-wise, one of the top two-to-three defenses in the NFL. Top two? I thought they'd have good personnel, but I truly didn't think they were viewed in the top two or three, especially considering how many youngsters they are relying upon.
Welcome to the revolution, Jay.
