Bill Parcells does things his own way. He proved it again today by not holding a real practice, blowing off the press conference and moving everything to Tuesday, when the Cowboys will begin the real preparation for Tennessee.
Here's how Matt Mosley explained it:
Just bumped into a player, who said he and his teammates were under the impression they were going through a full practice today.
As usual, they strapped on their pads this morning and went through a 15-minute walk-through period before stretching. After the walk-through, Bill Parcells called off the rest of practice and sent his players home.
The Cowboys usually have an off day on Tuesday, but they will now practice at 11:30 a.m. and Parcells will speak to reporters at 1:30 p.m. Or at least that's what we're being told at this point.
I have no idea what this is all about. Anybody got a theory?
