Tim Cowlishaw does a good job in this article of capturing the mood heading into the showdown with Green Bay.
"It's going to be a great game, all the hype, all the things Green Bay has been able to accomplish this year," said wide receiver Terrell Owens, who caught his 13th touchdown pass Thursday. "We're playing well, too, and our record's the same as theirs. It's a great challenge, and I'm looking forward to it."

"I thought it was important that we get to 10-1 and make a little history on our part," coach Wade Phillips said. "I think our team has a chance to make history again next week and beat the 2007 team's record of 10-1 and go 11-1.
"That's our goal next week."

"It’s early to talk about Pro Bowl. But hopefully people understand what I do on the field," said Newman, who in the 2005 Thanksgiving game dropped an interception that would have been returned for a touchdown and might have turned a loss into a win against the Denver Broncos. "When we play, I want people to think this team is for real and this kid comes to play."

"He is playing at a higher level than he has ever played in his career," [Jerry] Jones said. "He’s motivating everybody. When we were both talking, we said together we haven’t had the chance to be a part of a special team. So he’s getting to do that."

"There were some mental errors made the last few weeks, and we definitely made a conscious effort to improve on those this week," Gurode said.

For BTB-regular Burt D, who loves him some Courtney Brown. The DFW S-T gives Brown some ink for his fumble recovery.
"It was big for us because we’ve been trying to tighten up that coverage for awhile," Brown said. "To come in and get a turnover on the first kickoff was really big for us."
