Bradie James: One ticked-off Cowboy

When I saw the headline for Nick Eatman’s latest effort over at DC.com, "Still Stewing," I thought it was an article about defensive coordinator Brian Stewart. Nope, it’s all about Bradie James and Jon Kitna. Instead of writing anything, I’ll just turn it over to Bradie.

"It has been circled on my calendar the whole year and here we are and I'm looking forward to it," James said. "It bothers me and it bothers a lot of guys on the defensive side of the ball. I just didn't understand where it was coming from. I thought it was classless.

"Yeah, they beat us. So what? It was over with. He was at home and we were still playing."

"It's not in the back of my brain, it's on my brain," James said of Kitna. "It's on a lot of our minds. The best thing about it is we get to play these guys this year.

"Just to hear a quarterback talking about another player - it breaks the code. We don't talk about each other. It's like a blindside. I was like, 'Where did that come from and I don't even know the guy.' But he will get to know me here in a few more days. We're looking forward to that."

"You can ask me about Jon Kitna every day from here on out the rest of my life," James said. "And I will get fired up."

Love it. I hope the secondary doesn’t forget about Mike Furrey. I’d say this would be a good week for Roy to unleash one of those knockout shots.

BTW, since I cribbed so heavily from Eatman’s article, make sure you click over and read the whole thing. I want to be neighborly and all that.

T.O. is having a birthday party and it’s also a party for charity. The transformation is complete. But check out some of the guest list.

Owens' invited guests include Jessica Alba, Beyonce, Ashton Kutcher and Terrell, Texas, native Jamie Foxx.

Jessica Alba! Beyonce! Someone alert Tony Romo quick, hotties in the house!
