Ray Sherman has told the Titans he's going to Dallas, where he will become the position coach for Terrell Owens. Let's hope they get along a little better than Owens and Todd Haley.

[Jeff] Fisher said Tuesday night that Ray Sherman had informed him that he was joining Wade Phillips' new staff with the Dallas Cowboys. Sherman is expected to coach wide receivers there, but it was not immediately clear if he would hold an additional title.

Todd Archer says Jerry is working on new deals with the holdover coaches.

Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said the team is in talks with holdovers from Bill Parcells' staff - Tony Sparano, who held the assistant head coach title last year, Todd Bowles, who is a candidate for defensive coordinator, linebackers coach Paul Pasqualoni and defensive line coach Kacy Rodgers - about new contracts.

Nick Eatman has more on the recent coaching hires.
