Cowboys sign two players

The Cowboys signed Nate Jones and Stephen Bowen to one-year deals. I wonder what’s up with Jacques Reeves?

The Cowboys signed defensive back Nate Jones to a $850,000 tender as a restricted free agent and defensive end Stephen Bowen to a $360,000 tender as a exclusive rights free agent.

Someone asked me about the dates for mini-camp. Here you go.

Mini-camp is set to start about two weeks after the April 28-29 draft, Cowboys spokesman Brett Daniels said.

Don Banks says no to Drew Bledsoe in the HoF as does Adam Schein.

Some guys are rising up draft boards, and a few are guys that I like a lot, but might not be in range for the Cowboys anymore. I liked Adam Carriker early on, but he's close to top-10 now, and Joe Staley, who was once a late-first/early-second kind of guy, may now be surging ahead of the Cowboys #22 pick. And WR Anthony Gonzalez, who I hoped might be around for our second-round selection, may be moving to the top of the second round.
