The Dallas Cowboys claimed OLB Justin Rogers, a 6th-round pick just cut by the New England Patriots. From the Boston Globe:

Rookie outside linebacker Justin Rogers, a sixth-round draft choice of the Patriots, was claimed on waivers by the Dallas Cowboys today.Rogers, who played in college at SMU, was a candidate to return to the Patriots' practice squad. Like the Patriots, the Cowboys run a 3-4 defense, where the outside linebackers are often making the transition from defensive end in college, and thus need some more time to develop.
He's 6'4" and 250 lbs. No word on who was cut, or if this has actually gone through yet. I'm guessing the Boston papers knows, but until we cut someone he couldn't have been added yet.
OK, now we need a cornerback.
