This week we welcome our newest front page writer, Paul Alexander, to the pickin' and grinnin' pool. He missed week one, so we'll give him a jumpstart by awarding him with the consensus pick results from last week. I bet Aaron would like that too, but no can do.

I have a feeling it will be me. I've picked the away teams to win in 10 of 16 contests and my prediction accuracy will likely drop significantly. But that is necessary as I bide my time, fine-tune my prediction model and gather steam to become virtually unbeatable in the stretch from week 10 onwards for a magnificent come from behind victory.

As befits a Cowboys blog, the Cowboys this week are a unanimous pick (rabblerousr: "I hate myself for my Redskins pick last week. This week it's all Cowboys!").
