Poll: Top 5 Defensive Plays From Cowboys Win Over Dolphins

One week ago today, we beat the Dolphins. Seems like a long time ago now. Let's revisit that game for a moment and vote on the top five defensive plays.

-- Early in the first quarter, the Dolphins had the ball at midfield facing a 3rd and 3 after they intercepted Tony Romo. They decided to pass, Jay Ratliff knocked it down, and the Dolphins did nothing with the great field position and early momentum.

-- On the next possession, the Dolphins had a 3rd and 11 at the Dallas 37-yard line. Matt Moore tried to pass but was sacked by Orlando Scandrick, and caused a fumble Miami recovered for a 10-yard loss. The Dolphins have to punt, blowing another chance at points and momentum.

-- In the second quarter, Miami is up 3-0, and has the ball at the Cowboys 21 on a 3rd and 7. Victor Butler sacks Moore for an 8-yard loss and the Dolphins missed the FG.

-- Late in the second quarter, Matt Moore fumbles an errant snap and DeMarcus Ware recovers at the Miami 5-yard line. The Cowboys score a TD

-- How about a double? Early in the fourth quarter with Dallas up 17-16, the Dolphins had first and goal at the Dallas three; on first down Kenyon Coleman drops Reggie Bush for a 2-yard loss, on second down Anthony Spencer bats down a pass. The Dolphins missed on third and had to settle for a FG after having a first down at the three.
