2011 NFL Draft: Wes Bunting Offers Up 10 Ways The Top Ten Could Play Out

Wes Bunting of The National Football Post wrote an article yesterday about ten different scenarios that could play out in the top ten picks of the 2011 NFL Draft. Bunting has the Dallas Cowboys taking USC tackle Tyron Smith in five of his ten mock drafts, Auburn DT Nick Fairley twice, and one each for North Carolina DE Robert Quinn, Nebraska CB Prince Amukamara and Missouri OLB Aldon Smith.

With the way Bunting had been advocating Tyron Smith, I was quite surprised to see him going to the Cowboys only five times. I was equally surprised to see Nick Fairley on the list twice, given recent reports that the Cowboys want no part of Fairley.

Notable for his absence from any of the top 10 lists is Wisconsin DE J.J. Watt.

In his press conference yesterday, Tom Ciskowski, Dallas' director of scouting, said of the ninth spot: "I think there will be four players we will be considering at that point." Bunting offers up five names, and perhaps leaves out a couple. Who do you think those four players could be that the Cowboys are considering with the 9th pick?
