BTB Business: Help Out By Donating For Training Camp; Buy The BTB/MSP Cowboys Magazine

New, comments

[UPDATE]: Hopefully the link to the donation page is fixed, sorry for the inconvenience.

Greetings BTB Community,

It's time for me to do a little BTB business. Yes, we're talking about money, but it's my hope you guys will be glad to help out in any way that you can. We have two issues to cover - a training camp fundraiser, and the Maple Street Press Cowboys Annual.

1) Fundraiser: I had been working on another plan to get money to travel to camp, but unfortunately that fell through. I'm now asking you guys to contribute what you can so that I can attend some of training camp, and also possibly send another person to cover some of the other days. I know this is last minute, but with the lockout delaying the plans, then my pursuit of another line of sponsorship (which failed), I now need to ask for your help. I wish I could cover the expenses of this trip myself, but with sky-rocketing airfares and a slow economy lately, I desperately need help.

So, on the left-hand side of the front-page, there is a fundraiser box with a link to PayPal where you can donate any funds at any time. Any and all amounts are appreciated. We need to do this fast, so if you're thinking about donating, go a head and do it right away, I need to get this done quickly. I truly appreciate in advance any donations that come my way, and I hate asking you guys but it's a necessity this year.

Here's the link to the donation page

You can always find it in the box on the left-hand side, too.

2) Cowboys Magazine: I've added a box on the right-hand side of the front-page with links to the Maple Street Press Cowboys Annual that is on sale now. 112 pages, full-color photos and tons of articles about the Dallas Cowboys and the upcoming season at only $9.99. I encourage everybody to purchase one, we get a little extra when they are bought online, and we can use that towards the training camp expense.

Here's the link again for your convenience.

I hate sales pitches and talking money needs, but hopefully you guys understand.

Thanks,
Dave
