Lissyyyyyy's HIGHLY ANTICIPATED 53 man roster!!!!

Bold denotes rookie, asterisk denotes UDFA

Offense (24)

QB: Tony Romo, Kyle Orton

McGee has not shown enough in three years to warrant a roster spot. His time is up.

OT: Tyron Smith, Doug Free, Jeremy Parnell, Jeff Adams*

Jeff Adams has the frame and athleticism to play tackle in this league, although he is really raw. Going into the season with only three tackles is a little risky, so I think they'll add him to the roster and give him a chance to develop.

OG: Nate Livings, David Arkin, Mackenzy Bernadeau

Arkin was a small school lineman who didn't have an offseason last year with the traniers. I think he'll make a big leap this offseason and secure and starting spot.

C: Bill Nagy, Kevin Kowalski

Costa came into the league with a maxed out frame, so what you have seen so far is what you are going to get with him. With a full offseason to develop Nagy and Kowalski (both of whom have better athleticism) should push Costa off the roster.

WR: Miles Austin, Dez Bryant, Danny Coale, Raymond Radway, Andre Holmes

Danny Coale should carve out a nice niche for himself playing in the slot, while Holmes and Radway will be competing for snaps at the X and Z when Austin and Bryant need a breather.

TE: Jason Witten, James Hanna, John Phillips

Hanna will play the H-back role in this offense and Phillips should come in when we need a good blocker.

RB: Demarco Murray, Felix Jones, Lance Dunbar*

Lance Dunbar has the size and athleticism that is reminiscent of Ray Rice. He holds UNT's rushing and scoring record and should open up some eyes in training camp.

FB: Lawrence Vickers, Caleb McSurdy

McSurdy should come into training camp as a linebacker, but should make the team as a FB due to the log jam at ILB.

Defense (26)

DL: Jay Ratliff, Sean Lissemore, Jason Hatcher, Tyrone Crawford, Josh Price-Brent, Clifton Geathers

I expect both Crawford and Geathers to show enough in this training camp to make Spears and Coleman unnecessary. Lissemore will be the starter at DE, but should take a lot of snaps at NT as well.

OLB: Demarcus Ware, Anthony Spencer, Victor Butler, Adrian Hamilton*, Kyle Wilber

Albright doesn't not provide anything in the way of pass rush, so he'll likely get pushed off the roster by those who can. I fully expect Adrian Hamilton to surpass Wilber on the depth chart and maybe even Butler. No matter what Division you play in getting 22.5 sacks is not an easy thing to do. This kid is a natural pass rusher.

ILB: Sean Lee, Dan Connor, Bruce Carter, Orie Lemmon

Connor and Carter will be fighting each other for playing time. Regardless of who gets the most snaps on the base defense, I expect Carter to get a lot of time on the nickel.

SS: Gerald Sensebaugh, Barry Church, Danny McCray

This position will remain largely unchanged, but keep an eye on Mana Silva who was swooped off another team's practice squad during last season. He is very athletic and was productive at Hawaii. Could be a training camp surprise.

FS: Brodney Pool, Matt Johnson, Eddie Whitley*

Matt Johnson is considered by many scouting services as a SS safety, but according to the post-draft press conference we consider him more as a combo safety. Anyone who has had 17 career ints can't be bad in coverage. Thus, since our FS position is more in flux he'll get a chance to compete for playing time there, although Eddie Whitley is more of a cover safety and came from a big program so he may force himself onto the roster.

CB: Morris Claiborne, Brandon Carr, Mike Jenkins, Orlando Scandrick, Lionel Smith*

Mike Jenkins is still on the roster for now, but he could very well be traded between now and the final cuts. I think Lionel Smith will make the roster because fits that big athletic corner mold that Rob Ryan seems to covet.

K: Dan Bailey

P: Chris Jones

LS: LP Ladouceur

Sorry Matt McBriar, Chris Jones is cheaper and doesn't have an injury history

PS:

S Mana Silva

CB Isaac Madison*

RB Darrell Scott*

QB Nathan Dick*

OT/OG Levy Adcock*

OG: Ron Leary*

LS: Charley Hughlett*
