We've reached the point of the college football season where the teams with championship dreams are playing the "just don't screw it up" games. There are only two matchups between teams that are both ranked in the Top 25, and the major players in the BCS picture are playing teams that they should beat pretty easily.
Of course, we all know, that's easier said than done. Alabama, Ohio State and Stanford all are on high alert not to let their guards down against conference walkovers.
Today's Top Matchups:
No. 25 Georgia at No. 7 Auburn, 330pm ET
No. 12 Oklahoma State at No. 24 Texas, 330pm ET
The last few weeks I've posted my mock draft, and I won't revise it until next week's open thread. However, we have reached the point where CBS has caught wind of my target, Eastern Illinois' Jimmy Garoppolo. He is now rated as a Top 100 prospect and is slated to go in the third round.
So let's open a bit of a different discussion in anticipation of next week's new mock, which will assuredly feature a new five names.
How early is too early for Dallas to think about drafting a quarterback? 5th round? 3rd round? At all in 2014?
Where do you fall?
