Looks like things are going to heat up at Valley Ranch today. Clarence Hill has a source telling him the Cowboys will make a few different moves today, including cutting a player and signing a yet-to-be-named player.
The Cowboys will not only sign linebacker Justin Durant but they plan to sign other player today, a high-level team source said.
To clear room for both players, the salary-cap strapped Cowboys will cut a player and restructure the deal of another. The Cowboys have just $102,000 under the 2013 salary cap of $123 million.
The source said the names will be announced when the deals were finalized later today.
Dallas is finally going to tip their hand. Justin Durant will presumably be brought in for the SAM linebacker position. According to Hill, the Cowboys have made an offer to Brandon Moore. Adam Schefter says the other player is Will Allen.
Cowboys plan to sign S Will Allen, who started eight games last year for Steelers.

Hill speculates that Lawrence Vickers could be the cut.
UPDATE: Hill confirms Durant and Allen, says Kyle Orton will be restructured.
Can confirm the cowboys are making moves to get deals done with Allen and Durant...Look for Kyle Orton to be restructured, per source

We'll see later today if this all comes to fruition.
