2013 Cowboys Mock Drafts: The One Mock To Rule Them All?

We take a look at some of the multi-round Dallas Cowboys mock drafts out there and wonder how close they can get to being an ideal mock draft.

Jeff Zelevansky

Over the last months of mock-watching we've focused almost exclusively on candidates for the Cowboys' first round pick. The upside to that is that we've come to know all prospects that could be available to the Cowboys on the first day of the draft pretty well.

So today, we'll try to look a bit deeper into the draft and figure out what a really good draft for the Cowboys could look like. There's a broad consensus among fans that the Cowboys should pick either Chance Warmack of Jonathan Cooper - if either is available. But what comes after that?

On Sunday, we took a look at what an amalgamation of mock drafts by Cowboys fans could look like. The result: OG Jonathan Cooper and DT Kawann Short in a one-two-punch in the first two rounds, followed by another offensive lineman in the third, perhaps a linebacker in the fourth, a running back in the fifth and maybe another offensive skill position or a safety mixed in somewhere for good measure. Does that sound about right? You'll see that one of the mocks below has an uncanny resemblance to that scenario.

So let's take a look at what some of the multi-round mock drafts are proposing for the Cowboys, and let us know in the comments and in the attached poll which one is the one mock to rule them all.
