The key is to make sure his name stays out of the news. And while no one can predict whether he can pull it off, at this point it wouldn't be fair to be surprised if he did."

Ratliff isn't worried by the move to the 4-3:

"At the end of the day, it’s football," Ratliff said. "We’ve played the 3-4 all these years but we had a nickel package. This adjustment shouldn’t be a problem. It’s not that much of a difference."
