By the time you read this, it may already have been approved by the Frisco City Council: The Cowboys could share an indoor stadium with the Frisco Independent School District, which would also host high school football games at the facility. Per David Moore, Frisco ISD would have the rights to the indoor facility on Thursdays and Fridays.
