Michael Irvin: Why Cowboys' Dez Bryant has shocked me - DMN
Michael Irvin has always been a great supporter of Dez Bryant, but is still impressed by how much Bryant has grown in his time with the Cowboys.

"The sky is the limit. What we don’t talk about enough is the growth we’ve seen already because honestly, from year one to what we saw last year and the last few years… I knew he had it physically. I, myself, questioned how much he could get it mentally in such a short period of time."

"Now when I sit and talk to Dez, he talks the game like he’s supposed to talk the game. He does understand it. It really shocked me to see the depth at which he’s learned the game. I’m expecting Dez to do great things."

Cowboys to pay attention to Terrell Suggs' deal - Todd Archer, ESPN Dallas
Archer writes that the Cowboys have been monitoring the situation in Baltimore closely, because it is likely to have a direct impact on what they do with DeMarcus Ware.

The extension the Ravens give Suggs could serve as something of a blueprint for the Cowboys. Needing salary-cap space, the Cowboys cannot have Ware count $16 million against the cap. They can restructure his deal again, but all that does is push money into future caps. They can cut him, which leaves them without a pass rusher of note. They can offer him a cut in pay with the chance to earn money back in incentives.

Next Few Weeks Include Some Tough Decisions To Make - Nick Eatman,
Between now and mid-March, the Cowboys will have to make some tough decisions regarding a few key players currently on the roster. Eatman runs down the list which includes DeMarcus Ware, Anthony Spencer, Jason Hatcher and Miles Austin.
