Cowboys 2014 Draft: Names Of More Players With Pre-Draft Visits To Dallas

Earlier this week we posted a list of names that were expected to visit the Cowboys this week. These are part of the national visits and the Dallas Day visits. As we've previously noted, the Cowboys usually select at least a few players in the draft that come from these visits. They are a very good indicator of who they are truly interested in for the 2014 draft. Since we posted that initial list, more players have been added, so let's take a look at those new additions.

As an update to that previous post we threw in the name of Zack Martin (T/G). As noted, he sits right in the middle of round one on most draft experts' boards. So if the Cowboys don't end up with a defensive lineman they want, they might turn to Martin for the offensive line.

Back on the defensive line we have some likely second- or third-round targets including Dominique Easley (DT), Scott Chrichton (DE), and Will Clarke (DE). Easley is an interesting guy, he has first-round talent but two ACL knee injuries have made teams cautious. The medical evaluations will play a large part in deciding on him.

Other notable names that have been added include Lamarcus Joyner (CB/S), Howard Jones (DE/LB) and Josh Huff (WR). And they will also look at QBs Casey Pachall and James Franklin at the Dallas Day workouts.
