Dallas Cowboys 2014 Practice Squad: Cowboys Sign Ken Boatright

The Cowboys are making moves on their practice squad for 2014.

When the Dallas Cowboys cut defensive end Ken Boatright yesterday, there was much teeth-gnashing and wailing among the masses. Fortunately, the Cowboys were able to get Boatright back in the fold. His agent tweeted the news.

Also, linebacker Keith Smith seems to have be signed to the practice squad based on this tweet.

We're still waiting on other signings, including the possibility of putting running back Ryan Williams on the practice squad. As OCC noted earlier, he went unclaimed. The Cowboys could also look to reclaim some of their draft picks that were cut. Cornerback Terrance Mitchell was drafted in the seventh round and could be a candidate to return. Undrafted free agent defensive end Dartwan Bush might also be a player they want to bring back, he showed some potential in the preseason.
