The Vegas line currently has the Cowboys @ Miami game as an even matchup. For a 2-7 team, the Cowboys' odds are pretty good, thanks almost entirely to Tony Romo's imminent return, while the Dolphins are being penalized for their inconsistent performance over the last few weeks.
After winning the season opener against the Redskins, the Dolphins stumbled to three straight losses that culminated in their firing of head coach Joe Philbin during their bye week. The Dolphins then won two straight under new head coach Dan Campbell, but were then blown out in two straight games against division rivals New England and Buffalo. Last week, the Dolphins did the Cowboys a solid by beating the Eagles 20-19.
