Entering Week 12, there are just nine teams above .500. Only nine out of 32 teams have a winning record. Think about that.
No surprise then that the standings remain close, and with six weeks to play, nothing has been settled - even for the 3-7 Cowboys, who find themselves in last place in the NFC East, but with better Super Bowl odds than the Eagles and Redskins.
Week 12 begins on Thursday with a tasty Thanksgiving tripleheader for the ninth consecutive year. All three games are NFC games. Traditional competitors Detroit and Dallas will host games against Philadelphia and Carolina respectively, while the prime time game will feature Chicago @ Green Bay.
You'll find our picks for those three games as well as the rest of the Thanksgiving weekend games below. Only four of the 16 games are unanimous picks, so it should be quite an interesting weekend.
Here's wishing this Thanksgiving will find you, your family and your friends with many reasons to give thanks.
