Every week, 200+ participants take part in our Pick 256 Challenge, a season-long contest in which BTB members and readers get to pick the straight-up winners for all games each week.
Three Week 12 games are already in the books after the triple-header on Thanksgiving, and two of those games went against the consensus pick.
As it is, only one of the 211 Week 12 participants, shooter09, got all three picks right, while at the other end of the spectrum, 21 participants have started the week 0-3.
On Sunday, Cowboys fans will surely be watching the Giants against the Redskins, in the hopes that a Redskins win will still keep the 3-8 Cowboys in playoff contention.
Other Cowboys fans will be more concerned about securing a Top 5 draft pick, and might be looking at the current draft order and hoping for wins by teams competing with the Cowboys for the top picks in the draft. The draft order as per today:
1. Cleveland Browns (2-8)
2. San Diego Chargers (2-8)
3. Tennessee Titans (2-8)
4. Dallas Cowboys (3-8)
5. Baltimore Ravens (3-7)
6. San Francisco 49ers (3-7)
The Browns, Chargers, Titans, and 49ers are all underdogs in their games on Sunday, so Cowboys fans may want to root for those underdogs this weekend.
With the Cowboys unavailable to cheer for, and the Eagles unavailable to cheer against, which team or teams will you be rooting for on Sunday?
Here's a link to the Excel file with all the picks for Week 12, for those who are interested in tracking the results themselves.
Pick 256 Tracker 2015 - Week 12
Once you open the file, you'll see a blue title bar into which you can enter the winning teams to see where you end up among all participants. The title bar is currently populated with the winners of the Thursday games; if you want to see how you fared during or after the weekend games, simply input your own picks into the title bar and see how many correct picks you have.
In any case, have fun with the file and good luck with your picks.
