Cowboys 2015 Free Agents: Dwayne Harris To Giants

The Cowboys kick returner moves on.

Dennis Wierzbicki-USA TODAY Sports

Dwayne Harris has been an integral part of the Dallas Cowboys special teams. He is an excellent return man and does stellar work on coverage. It looks like he will now be doing that with the New York Giants.

The deal is rumored to be worth $3.5 million per year over five years with $7 million guaranteed. Harris' departure has been confirmed by Harris himself.

The Cowboys will miss a player like Harris on special teams, but his inability to break into the Cowboys regular receiving rotation made signing him back a little too expensive. Of course, we'll hate trying to tackle and block him on special teams twice a year. But that's the way it goes in free agency.
