LATEST UPDATES: (Sources) Jaguars, Raiders Bidding For DeMarco Murray

The reigning NFL Offensive Player of the Year is finally getting some serious interest..

Matthew Emmons-USA TODAY Sports

Reports are coming in that the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Oakland Raiders are both trying to lure DeMarco Murray away from the Dallas Cowboys.

There are also reports that the hated Philadelphia Eagles may be one of the other teams joining the mix. This is exactly the kind of bidding war that the Cowboys were hoping would not materialize, but it should be no real surprise given Murray's resume. The chances of Dallas retaining him were looking good with no action before the trade deadline, but that looks to have radically changed. He might be joining Jermey Parnell, Justin Durant, and Dwayne Harris in leaving the Cowboys, but the haul of compensatory picks next year could be massive.

We will continue to bring updates as more information can be confirmed.
