Cowboys Trail Giants At Halftime, 13-9

Despite a good showing by the offense, the Cowboys trail by four points at halftime.

Tim Heitman-USA TODAY Sports

The Cowboys have scored on all three of their first half drives, but still trail the Giants 13-9. Each possession has seen the drive stall, settling for a Dan Bailey field goal. The Giants on the other hand, have made the most of their possessions with quick strikes for touchdowns.

Both teams have had 185 total yards, with the majority of them coming from the air.

Dallas has dominated the time of possession, keeping the ball for 22:08 in the first half. They've also have 14 first downs to the Giants nine.

Dak Prescott is 14 of 19 passing with 134 yards.

Eli Manning is 13 of 16 passing with 147 yards, but he also has two touchdowns.

The Giants defense has done an outstanding job stopping rookie, Ezekiel Elliott as he has only 31 yards on 15 carries.

Dallas needs to start finding the end zone and the defense needs to find a way to slow Eli Manning down.
