The Dallas Cowboys are holding a walk-through practice on Tuesday, and every player is at practice except for weakside linebacker Sean Lee (and Ezekiel Elliott). That includes Tyron Smith and Dan Bailey.

We were already prepared for Lee’s absence, it was expected he would miss this upcoming game and probably the Washington game the following Thursday. It’s hard to gauge player status from a walk-through practice, but the door is open for Smith possibly playing, and Anthony Hitchens. He becomes a hugely important player with the absence of Lee. Smith, Hitchens and Bailey could possibly play according to Jerry Jones.

Smith is working with the first unit today, and Bailey is kicking on the side. Both positive signs that they may return for the Thanksgiving Day game. Additionally, Jeff Heath was back at practice today.

The Cowboys have to win this week and next if they have any hopes of making the playoffs. Having these injured players available would make a huge difference.
