Even if you’re on a three-game losing streak and look awful in those games, you still have to play out the schedule. That means the Cowboys have a game this Thursday night with Washington. So who will be able to play? We take a look at the latest updates on the Cowboys’ injuries.

There is not much change for Sean Lee, he continues to work on the side with trainers and if you believe the rumors, it’s unlikely he’ll play this week. That’s still a huge problem for the defense. Additionally, Anthony Hitchens probably won’t do much in practice today, he has a groin issue, and Justin Durant will be held out because he is in the concussion protocol. The Cowboys linebacking corps is struggling.

The Cowboys are expecting guard Zack Martin to do something in practice today, and Tyron Smith is expected to be limited. Martin was out of yesterday’s practice after suffering a concussion in the Thanksgiving Day game, but looks like he could possibly play if he continues to progress. La’el Collins is being held out of practice to rest his back. But with Martin and Smith at least “doing something” we might be spared the disaster of Byron Bell, Chaz Green and Joe Looney all playing on Thursday.
