NFL Week 16 early games live discussion: Cowboys rooting guide

It’s Week 16 in the NFL and the Cowboys need some help to make the playoffs. Games you should have a rooting interest in among the early games include:

Lions @ Bengals - A Bengals victory would certainly be a huge help to the Cowboys, getting the requirement that the Lions lose one of their last two games out of the way.

Falcons @ Saints - Either team losing helps Dallas, but if you believe in looking ahead, then having the Falcons lose would be the better result. We need either Atlanta, New Orleans or Carolina to lose twice, and next week the Falcons take on the Panthers, while the Saints get the Bucs. The odds of the Bucs beating the Saints are low, so we’ll take a Falcons loss.

Bucs @ Panthers - Root for a Tampa Bay win, although the likelihood of that happening is low.
