The Dallas Cowboys’ 2017 season is almost here! With kickoff approaching, the Cowboys have released their inactive list for Sunday evening’s game:
Cowboys inactives: Cooper Rush, Darren McFadden, Bene Benwikere, Jourdan Lewis, Anthony Hitchens, Jonathan Cooper, Noah Brown #cowboyswire

Dallas opts to go with Kellen Moore as QB2 and chooses Alfred Morris over Darren McFadden for the opening game’s active roster. Chaz Green will start at left guard, so Jonathan Cooper will not dress out tonight. Newly acquired defensive back Bene Benwikere will also be in street clothes as the ‘Boys battle the Giants.
Some bigger news, though, is that New York Giants star receiver Odell Beckham Jr. will NOT play in week one.

Cuba trip spared.
That’s big news, as Beckham is a threat to score from anywhere on the field when he plays. This is one less weapon the Cowboys secondary will be forced to deal with.
The full list of inactive players for the visiting squad includes:
WR Odell Beckham Jr.
QB Davis Webb
WR Tavarres King
RB Wayne Gallman
LB Keenan Robinson
OL D.J. Fluker
TE Matt LaCosse
The Cowboys and Giants kickoff on NBC at 8:30 PM EST. Go Cowboys!
